VACANCY

We are looking to recruit a committed and personable individual to fill an exciting new position of Night Shift Operator for the River Styx Ferry Service. This is a job-share opportunity to support the work of the Lead Ferryman, in line with our commitment to fair working practices as we expand our service.

The role is primarily concerned with passenger transport but will also involve collecting payments, accounting, and reporting arrivals to senior colleagues. You will be a hard worker with a can-do attitude. Previous experience of boat handling is desired, but not essential, as full training will be provided, including water safety and lost soul management. The position will be demanding at times, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a wide range of clients including (but not limited to) mortals, heroes, lyre players and poets.

Benefits include generous holiday entitlement, eternal river passage, and private accommodation within the highly sought-after Elysian Fields region.

Salary is in line with current after-living wage: one coin per passenger transfer (with a small taxation charge deducted at the end of each season).

This is an internal opportunity only and applicants must be eligible to work within the Styx vicinity. Residents of the Tartarus region need not apply.

Any questions relating to this role should be directed to Charon, Lead Ferryman.

We look forward to receiving your application for this once in an after-lifetime opportunity.
